COMPANY POLICY
In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment you must provide 7 days notice or your booking fee will be forfeited.
£50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure appointment.
Top up must be booked on the day of your first appointment and if you cancel without 7 days notice a £50 fee will be charged.
You are entitled to rearrange a booking once, if you give enough notice.
Top ups must be 4-6 weeks anything after that will be charged as a colour boost
Prices for colour boosts are for returning clients only
PRE PROCEDURE
Do not consume coffee or alcohol 24 hours prior
Avoid exercise the day before procedure
No chemical peels, laser, retinol before procedure
Please read aftercare, there's no down time
If the procedure is booked during an outbreak of cold sores, the appointment must be rearranged
It's highly recommended to take any viral medication 48 hours if you are prone to cold sores
If you have had lip injections you must leave 2 weeks before and after procedure
Drink lots of water the week before the treatment and keep your lips moisturised
